The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) is located in the United States Virgin Islands, with offices on the islands of St. Thomas and St. Croix. The Authority is uniquely divided into two districts - St. Thomas/St.John and St. Croix, based on the geographical separation of 40 miles distance between the two larger islands. When necessary, Territorial staff are required to travel a 20 minute flight between St. Thomas and St. Croix, or a 15 minute boat ride from St. Thomas to St. John to perform assigned duties.

The main VIHA Central Office is located at # 402 Estate Anna's Retreat, St. Thomas. The St. Croix Office is located at #5 Estate Upper Bethlehem, Kingshill St. Croix.

The U.S. Virgin  Islands are a territory of the United States, located in the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The islands are approximately 1115 miles southeast of Florida and approximately 50 miles due east from Puerto Rico.
